12 Ji Hot Pot is an authentic Chengdu style hotpot restaurant located in North Carolina’s Triangle area, bringing bold flavors and a traditional dining experience to the local community. I led the brand design and social media marketing, creating the logo, menu, promotional posters, coupons, and condiment labels. I also managed the restaurant’s online presence across Red Note, Facebook, and WeChat groups, crafting promotional content and updates to better support customer engagement.
